Shaker Step-Back Cupboard

After we design a new piece of furniture, we assign it to a specific person in our organization to build. We don\'t run an assembly line. The person originally recieved this piece became somewhat upset. He had concluded that he was viewed as a second rate builder because of the name of his new piece, a \"step-back\". We never convinced him that historic name only referred to how the top section stepped back from its base. Someone else now (happily) builds this piece.
