A relative of the six-board chest, one of the earliest pieces of furniture made by American settlers, the Chippendale Blanket Chest offers a special storage space for quilts and other collectibles.  We donate 5% of our proceeds from the sale of this blanket chest to Quilts for Kids, a non-profit cooperative that transforms discontinued fabrics into quilts that comfort children in need - including those with cancer, AIDS and life-threatening illnesses.  To learn more or volunteer, please visit www.quiltsforkids.org.
