Our Eastwood Bed includes a number of classic Arts & Crafts design elements but is much lighter in feel than the actual beds of that era. Like all of our beds, the Eastwood Bed uses a mortise-and-tenon joint to connect the side rails to the headboard and footboard. This system helps prevent squeaking and rocking that can occur with the lower quality metal hook systems.
