Sheldon Miller builds mirror frames for us and helps coordinate nearly a dozen independent workshops, several of which operate without phones. He doesn’t stand still often. He learned woodworking as a teenager while working for a small door manufacturer. At the age of 20, Sheldon left for Haiti for two years of missionary work. He returned to run a rough mill and later moved into his current work when his brother-in-law left for a three-year mission in Africa.
